Breakfast smoothie - soylent purple

I have been having this for a few weeks as a breakfast and it keeps me going all morning.  Quick and easy.

1/2 cup oatmeal - pre grind in blender
1 serving protein powder
1/2 inch ginger
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
4 ice cubes

  1. Didn't have spinach so I threw in a hunk of beet for veg. Tastes like dirt. No more beets in my smoothy I think.
