Solent Purple 2.0

Its been approximately a year since I embraced the Vitamix lifestyle.  I have tweaked the soylent purple recipe and creating a breakfast shake that has become a staple in our household.


Here is the basic nutritional information:

I grind up the raw oatmeal before adding the other ingredients to get a smoother smoothie. This recipe makes enough for two.

Years ago I had a great idea for an article of clothing.  Being a cyclist I though man it would be sweet to have tights with pockets that looked like jeans. Damn you jeggings.
